Not at all. Our Beginner's Mind program is specifically designed for complete newcomers. All you need is a willingness to sit still for a few minutes each day. Our instructors will guide you through every step.
Are the classes really free? โ–พ
Yes! Several programs including Beginner's Mind and Evening Mindfulness are completely free as part of our seva mission. Advanced and specialized programs may have a nominal contribution to cover costs.
What should I bring to a session? โ–พ
Just yourself and comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. We provide meditation cushions, mats, and all required materials. You may bring your own mala beads if you have them. No phones during sessions please.
Can I join online if I'm not in Vijayawada? โ–พ
Yes! We offer live-streamed versions of select programs and a library of recorded sessions for registered members. Online enrollment is available for all beginners and intermediate programs.
How long before I see results? โ–พ
